Campaign Outline... Our hardy fellowship, comprised of an eclectic bunch of veteran adventurers and led by the demon possessed Dae Edhel, continue their search for the missing segments of what they believe to be the "Key" to freeing him, they seek The Hand of Diadilus. Having liberated the citizens of Orlane from the vile treacheries of the would be goddess, Explictica Defilus, they have traveled west to the town of Hochoch where they believe they may find more of the hand or clues that may reveal the locations of it's remaining segments. Before they can begin their search, the hero's are called to the castle overlooking the walled city. They meet the Lord Knight Protector, Sir Horace Amistide who seems to have a very unnerving knowledge of the party members save Luren and Dae Edhel. Impressed enough with their meeting he requests their aid in crushing the bandit presence that has for several months been plaguing The Dukes Highway. In return for their service, a note of payment by the Marchite government, and what the knight alludes to mysteriously, as other favors or permissions he feels they may have future need of... The party, realizing a potentially great ally in their quest for the lost segments of the "Key", have agreed to rid Hochoch and it's surrounding highways of the bandits and their reign of terror. |
